Sana Kisan Laghubitta (SKBBL) proposes 26.315% Dividend for FY 2076/77: How much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Sana Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL) has proposed a 26.315% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 396th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 23 has proposed a 25% bonus shares and 1.315% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1,00,02,29,425.66.

Note that the dividend will only be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, the LTP of the company on the last trading day stands at Rs. 1,695.
