Samudayik Laghubitta to convene 5th AGM on Chaitra 24; books will remain closed from Chaitra 11 to Chaitra 24

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a circular regarding the AGM and book closure date of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL).

The 104^th BOD meeting held on 29^th Falgun 2075 has decided that the 5^th AGM of the microfinance company will be held on 24^th Chaitra 2075. For this purpose the books will remained closed from 11^th Chaitra to 24^th Chaitra 2075. Investors holding shares of the company till 10^th Chaitra 2075 will be eligible to attend the AGM.

However, the notice is silent about the agendas of the AGM and the location and time of the AGM.
