Samriddhi Finance announces book closure for right shares issue; Shareholders who own shares before Bhadra 12 entitled to the right shares

Samriddhi Finance Company Limited (SFCL) has announced a book closure date for its upcoming 1:2 ratio right share issue.

The 18th AGM of the company had decided to issue the right shares in the ratio 1:2 of the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 18,19,80,300 to its shareholders. This amounts to 36,39,606 units.

The book closure date is announced on Bhadra 12, 2077. Thus, only the shareholders who own the company's shares already before the date are entitled to apply for the right shares.
