Panchthar Power Company to Proceed With Acquisition of Access Investment Company and Megha Venture Limited

Panchthar Power Company Limited has informed that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on 9th Poush, 2082, has decided to proceed with the acquisition of Access Investment Company Pvt. Ltd. and Megha Venture Pvt. Ltd.

According to the company, the Board has approved initiating the acquisition process and signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the companies. The acquisition will be carried out in accordance with the Merger and Acquisition Regulations, 2079.

The company has further clarified that Access Investment Company Pvt. Ltd. and Megha Venture Pvt. Ltd. are wholly owned subsidiaries of Panchthar Power Company Limited and are not publicly listed entities. Details of the company’s promoter shareholders have been submitted along with the notice for information purposes.
