Samling Power Company Calls 7th AGM on Poush 29th; Plans 100% Right Shares Issue

Samling Power Company Limited (SPC) has called its 7th AGM on 29th Poush, 2082. The meeting will be held in Kupondole Banquet,kupodole, Lalitpur, starting at 10:00 AM that day.

There is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report along with the profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83. The agenda includes approving the decisions made by the Board of Directors, discussing meeting allowances and facilities for board members, and endorsing the institutional good governance report.

The company has proposed to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1, equivalent to 100% of its existing paid-up capital. This will be issued from the paid-up capital of Rs. 50,00,00,000 at the upcoming AGM for discussion and approval of the right shares.

The book closure for the AGM is on Poush 16, 2082. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
