Samling Power Appoints Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as Rights Share Issue Manager

Samling Power Company Limited, headquartered in Ward No. 03, Krishnagalli, Lalitpur Metropolitan City, has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited as the issue and sales manager for its rights share issuance.
The appointment was made on 21st Magh. The company has also informed that an agreement has been signed between Samling Power Company Limited and Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited in accordance with Sub-rule (2) of Rule 17 of the Securities Issuance and Sales Management Regulations, 2064.
