Samata Laghubitta allots 200% right shares; Unsubscribed 1.62 lakh units to be auctioned

Samata Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SMATA) had issued 200% right shares for its shareholders.
It had issued 12.13 lakh units for which it received 5,433 applications applying for 10.51 lakh units. Therefore, 10 lakh 51 thousand 380 units have been allotted to the valid applicants and rest will be auctioned soon.
Similarly, shareholders who had applied for more units then they were eligible for will be refunded the excess amount from Poush 03, 2076.
NIBL Ace Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue.
The current paid-up capital of the microfinance stands at Rs 6.06 crore, which after the adjustment of right shares will reach Rs 18.19 crore.The LTP of SMATA stood Rs 560 in NEPSE on 1st Poush, 2076.
