Samaj Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Calls SGM on Shrawan 06; When's the Book Closure Date?

Samaj Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SAMAJ) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Shrawan 06, 2079. The 82nd meeting of board of directors held on Ashad 18 decided to call SGM and has declared book closure from Shrawan 04 to Shrawan 06. Thus, the shareholders maintained till that day are eligible to attend this meeting.

Earlier, Samaj Laghubitta and Swastik Laghubitta signed the merger agreement with each other on Ashwin 05, 2077. Samaj Laghubiita has allotted its IPO shares to the general public on 15th Bhadra, 2077 and soon after that signed a merger agreement, hence its trading could not commence in the secondary market yet.  Whereas, Swastik Laghubitta has not issued the IPO to the public. 

The Due Diligence Audit had determined a share swap ratio of 1: 1 for the merger. The companies planned to carry out joint operations in the name of Swastik Samaj Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, with the central office in Siraha, Lahan, Ward - 08. Later, the merger agreement had terminated. It was rumored that the termination was due to disagreement regarding the location of the central office after the merger.
