Salt Trading to endorse 25% bonus & 10% cash dividend; 51st AGM on Falgun 22

Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC) is going to conduct its 51^st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 22, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agenda of the AGM is to endorse 25% bonus share and 10% cash dividend (including for tax purposes) from the profits it earned in FY 2073/74. Other agendas include endorsement of financial statements of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from Falgun 8 to Falgun 22, 2074 for the purpose of this AGM.
