Salt Trading to endorse 20% bonus & 5% cash dividend; 50th AGM on Asadh 29

Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC) is going to conduct its 50^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Asadh 29, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agenda of the AGM is to endorse 20% bonus share and 5% cash dividend (including for tax purposes) from the profits it earned in FY 2072/73. Other agendas include endorsement of financial statements of the FY 2072/73 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2073/74. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from Asadh 14 to Asadh 29, 2074 for the purpose of this AGM. Only those shares traded before Asadh 13, 2074 are eligible for the dividends and for participation in the AGM. The company had distributed 15% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend in FY 2071/72.
