Salt Trading Corporation to distribute 10% cash dividend warrant from tomorrow

Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC) will be distributing 10% cash dividend to its shareholders from tomorrow (Mangsir 16, 2073). The manufacturing company’s 49^th AGM held on Jestha 26, 2073 had endorsed 10% cash dividend to its shareholders. The cash dividend cheque would be distributed from Thursday onwards at Account Department of the corporation’s central office Kalimati, Kathmandu and from district offices of the corporation. Shareholders have to bring original or Photocopy of share certificate along with photocopy of citizenship certificate. Letter of authorization is must if shareholders cannot collect the cash dividend themselves. Also shareholders who have dividends left to be collected can be contact respective branch office. STC is not just the largest distributor of iodized salt in Nepal but also has a huge market share in sugar, too. The state-run enterprise has also started bottling and selling liquefied petroleum gas since the past few years.
