Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC) has published a notice regarding a 25% dividend from the profits of FY 76/77 for the shareholders.
The company will be issuing 20% bonus shares and a 5% cash dividend (including tax amount) from the profits of FY 76/77. The BOD meeting was held on Chaitra 23, 2077.
The company had issued 25% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend for the previous year. The paid-up capital of the company will increase to Rs 23.016 Crore after the adjustment of 20% bonus shares. The LTP of the company stands at Rs 13,102 per share.
