Salt Trading Corporation proposes 25% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend; LTP at Rs 270

Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC) has decided to distribute bonus shares and cash dividend to its shareholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the board meeting of the company held on Magh 5, 2074 has decided to distribute 25% bonus share and 10% cash dividend from the net profit of FY 2073/74.
The decision is subjected to the approval from the concerned authority and the upcoming AGM.
Its LTP stood at Rs 270.
