Salt Trading Corporation proposes 20% bonus and 5% cash dividend

Salt Trading Corporation (STC) has proposed 20% bonus shares and 5% cash dividends for the FY 2072/73.
As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the company has decided to propose 20% stock dividend and 5% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profits in FY 2072/73.
The company had distributed 15% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend last year.
