Salapa Bikas Bank Limited is conducting its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Chaitra 10, 2074). The AGM is being held at Meeting Hall of District Coordination Committee, Khotang at 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To increase the capital to meet the minimum capital requirement of Nepal Rastra Bank
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
