Sajha Bikas Bank to convene 3rd AGM on Jestha 16

Sajha Bikash Bank Limited (SAJHA) will be holding its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Jestha 16, 2073. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Sathi, Dhangadi, Kailali at 10:30 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

1. Authorize BOD to initiate Merger/ acquisition process with other BFIS.

1. Authorize BOD to amend article of association and memorandum of understanding as per directed by registrar officer or the Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other main agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to elect 3 BOD member from public shareholders group. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Jestha 29, 2072 till Ashad 16, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM.
