Sajha Bikas Bank postpones its 3rd AGM until further notice

Sajha Bikash Bank Limited (SAJHA) has postponed its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM was supposed to be held on Ashad 16, 2073.
According to Devendra Bam, Company Secretary of Sajha Bikas Bank, ‘The AGM is postponed due to internal problems with the promoter shareholders of the company. After the matter is resolved, we shall again publish notice regarding the AGM.’
Sajha Bikas Bank had net loss of Rs 74.39 lakh in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
