Sagarmatha Insurance (SIC) Proposes 21.05263% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited (SIC) has proposed a 21.05263% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 310th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 12 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital. 20% bonus shares and 1.05263% cash dividend have been proposed. The cash dividend has been proposed for the tax amount on bonus shares. The paid up capital of the company would be Rs 133.35 crore upon adjustment of this bonus shares. 

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by Beema Samiti and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. SIC closed at Rs. 1,300 yesterday.
