Sagarmatha Insurance Company announces book closure on 1st Asadh, 2076 for the purpose of 22nd AGM

NEPSE has published a notice regarding the book closure of Sagarmatha Insurance Company (SIC).
As per the 273rd BOD meeting of the company, the 22nd AGM will be held on 13th Asadh at Amrapali Banquet from 11 AM onwards. The agenda of the AGM is to endorse 86% bonus shares.
For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from 1st Asadh to 13th Asadh, 2076.
The current paid up capital stands at Rs.53.82 Crore.
