Sagarmatha Insurance announces 23.75% stock dividend; Paid up to reach Rs 44 crore

Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited (SIC) has decided to distribute 23.75 percent bonus share and 1.25 percent cash dividend for tax purpose. The BOD Meeting of the company held on Falgun 5 has proposed 23.75 percent bonus share and 1.25 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The decision is subjected to approval from Beema Samiti and company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). As per unaudited report, SIC earned net profit of Rs 4.14 crore in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 35.65 crore. After distributing 23.75 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will reach to Rs. 44.11 crore.
