Sagarmatha Finance announces 32.94% bonus share; right shareholders to get 18.30% bonus

Sagarmatha Finance Limited (SAFL) has announced 32.94% bonus shares to its shareholders on the paid up capital as of the end of FY 2072/73. After adjustment for its recently concluded right shares, the bonus share will be 18.30%. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the proposed stock dividend has also been approved by Nepal Rastra Bank. SAFL will be taking the agenda to be endorsed from its upcoming 11^th Annual General Meeting. SAFL has earned net profit of Rs 5.61 crore in the second quarter of the FY 2073/74. After the issuance of bonus shares, its paid up capital will reach Rs 92.27 crore. It is undergoing acquisition by Century Commercial Bank Limited. SAFL has been auctioning its unclaimed right shares from today.
