Sadhana Laghubitta inks merger agreement with Sabaiko Laghubitta

Saddhana Laghubitta and Sabaiko Laghubitta have inked a merger agreement on Bhadra 15, 2080 following which the merged institution will be known as Sabaiko Sadhana Laghubitta.

The merger agreement was signed between Chairman of Sadhana Laghubitta Mr. Krishna Bahadur Thapa and the chairman of Sabaiko Laghubitta Mr. Narayan Prasad Joshi, as per the media statement.

Following the merger, the new institution will have Mr. Krishna Bahadur Thapa from Sadhana Laghubitta as the chairman while Mr Keshav Kumar Paudel from Sabaiko Laghubitta as the new CEO, as per the media statement.

Sadhana Laghubitta currently has Rs 31.86 crore as paid-up capital while Sabaiko Laghubitta has Rs 38.22 crore as paid-up capital, as per the media statement.
