Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha organizes two days’ training for field officers

Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha conducted a traing for field employees on Chaitra 10 and 11. The training was formally inaugurated by Chairman of the Sanstha Mr. Krishna Bahadur Thapa. The training program was conducted with an aim to impart fundamental information, efficient field management, practical education, employees’ aim and progress report, capacity enhancement through practical knowledge, skill, art and self-confidence, says the press statement. The program was attended by 25 participants from different branch offices. The Sanstha is currently operating from 10 districts, with 15 branches serving more than 6000 deprived members.
