Rural Microfinance to distribute 16.32% cash dividend warrant from today

Rural Microfinance Development Center Limited (RMDC) is distributing cash dividend warrant to its shareholders from today (Falgun 16, 2072). The microfinance 17th AGM held on Poush 27, 2072 had endorsed 16.32 percent cash dividend and 10% bonus share to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The cash dividend warrant would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 01:00PM on Friday at its share registrar NCM Merchant Banking Limited located at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. The microfinance has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers. Notes:

1. Original or Photocopy Share certificate along with citizenship certificate is required to receive cash dividend warrant.

1. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the warrant themselves.
2. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
3. The cash dividend of shareholders possessing Demat account will have their money directly transfer to their respective account and he microfinance have urgese those shareholders who do not possess demat account are requested to open demat account.
