Round Table Nepal initiated Zindaagi Ko Udaan

Round Table Nepal Organized a Contemporary Circus program “Zindaagi Ko Udaan” on 14^th December, Saturday with joint efforts of Kathmandu Titans Round Table 25 (KTRT - 25) and Kathmandu City Round Table 12 (KCRT -12). The main agenda of the program was to create awareness over “Human Trafficking”. The team who performed the Circus were members of “Circus Kathmandu” an NGO formed with members who have been rescued from India.

The program was performed in the presence of Hon. Ms. Anuradha Koirala – CNN Hero 2010 and founder of Maiti Nepal, Tr. Jayant Agarwal ASPA Chairman Round Table International, Tr. Saurabh Kedia – President Round Table Nepal.

The program was well acknowledged and more than 400 students from various schools adopted by Round Table Nepal were present at the program along with the audience so that they could be educated about the effects of human trafficking.

The program started with a warm welcome to guest and all the dignitaries and further continued with a great performance from the team members of “Circus Kathmandu”. There was a lot of appreciation from the audience who found it quite exciting as they performed acts of aerial straps, hull loop, juggling etc.

Round Table Nepal is a Non-Government Organization established in the year 1999, present across the country from Dhangadi to Birtamode and is working to achieve its moto “Freedom through Education” with a total of 28 Tables. Round Table has succeeded in construction of 47 schools, 322 classrooms, building numerous library, science labs, hostels, computer labs etc. benefitting a total of more than 20,000 students.
