RMDC Organizes Training on Financial Analysis

RMDC, branch office, Itahari has conducted 2 days Financial Analysis Training at Gokarna Resort and Party Palace Pvt. Ltd. Morang from Shrawan 27 & 28, 2075. There were 36 Branch manager who participated from 29 Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, Financial Institution Non-Government Organizations and  Co-Operatives from 11 working districts of RMDC, Itahari branch. The program was facilitated and coordinated by Mr. Gobinda Prasad Poudel, Branch Manager of Itahari Branch. He welcomed all participants and mentioned about the objectives and important of Financial Analysis Training.

The trainer of the program was Mr. Pritha Bahadur Thapa , who spent more than two decade in Microfinance sectors, now  he is a Senior Manager of RMDC. Mr. Thapa remarked that if branch manager can right analysis about the financial indicators, they guided the financial institution in right way.  During this Two days training, trainer Mr. Thapa discussed about the content on preparation of report like chart of account, formatting, progress report, profit and loss a/c, Balance sheets and cash flows. He analysed the indicators of Portfolio quality of loan, efficiency and profitability through presentations, practices and discussions methods. The Trainers main theme was while the doctors give medicine according of patient report, In this way branch manager also take an action according to financial indicators. At the  end of training, participants shared that the training was very useful and they committed to utilize their knowledge in official works and share the same with their colleagues. The branch manager of RMDC Itahari, Mr. Gobinda Prasad poudel thanked all the participants for their active participation.
