RMDC Microfinance convenes 21st AGM; endorses decision to provide 25% handsome dividend to shareholders

RMDC Microfinance has convened its 21st AGM on Poush 23, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Ms. Sujata Joshi.
The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 12.5% bonus shares and 12.5% cash dividend out of its Rs 48.25 crore net profit.
The AGM also endorsed all the financial highlights of the previous fiscal year as presented by the company’s chair Ms. Joshi, as per the media statement.
