RMDC & Laxmi Laghubitta AGM today; RMDC to endorse 10% stock & 16.32% cash dividend; Laxmi to endorse 10% bonus & 1:1 right share

Rural Microfinance Development Center Ltd. (RMDC) )  is holding its 17^th Annual General Meeting (AGM on Poush 27, 2072. The AGM is going to be held at Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To approve 10 percent bonus and 16.32 % cash dividend (including for tax purpose) from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72.
• To increase issued and paid up capital as necessary
• To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by Office of Company Registrar or Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to elect 1 BOD member from public shareholders group. Only those shareholders owning shares till Poush 09 is entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders has been closed from Poush 12, 2072 till today  for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Likewise, Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha ltd. (LLBS) is convening its 4^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. The AGM is going to be held at Agrawal Bhaean, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To approve 10 percent bonus share from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72.
• To increase Authorized capital to Rs 40 crore from Rs 10 crore
• To endorse the 1:1 right issuance as proposed by BoD.
• To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by Office of Company Registrar or Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to elect 1 BOD member from public shareholders group. Only those shareholders owning shares till Poush 09 is entitled to the bonus share of the company.
