RMDC Laghubitta’s 12.5% bonus shares listed on NEPSE; 9.99 Lakh units made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding listing of bonus shares of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC).
As per the notice, 999,248.25 Units Bonus Shares of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC) has been listed on the stock exchange. These shares can now be freely traded on the secondary market.
The microfinance company had distributed 12.5% bonus shares and 12.5% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 75/76 to the shareholders.
