RMDC conducts 19th AGM; endorses 20% dividend including 5% bonus shares and 15% cash dividend

Rural Microfinance Development Center Limited (RMDC) has endorsed dividend to its shareholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the AGM of the microfinance company held on Poush 28, 2074 has endorsed 5% bonus shares and 15% cash dividend from the net profit of FY 2073/74.
Its paid up capital will reach to Rs 76.37 crore from existing Rs 72.67 crore after distribution of 50% bonus shares.
It had earned over Rs 33 crore operating profit in the FY 2073/74.
Its LTP stood at Rs 653 as of 26 Poush,2074.
