RMDC approves 10% bonus and 10% cash dividend
Rural Microfinance Development Centre (RMDC)’s 18th AGM conducted on Poush 27, 2073 has approved the agendas to distribute 10% bonus and 10% cash dividend.
The AGM has also approved the financial statements of the FY 2072/73. Its issued and paid up capital stand at Rs. 69.20 crore, and authorized capital at Rs. 1 arba. RMDC has earned Rs. 26.67 crore as operating profit in the FY 2072/73. It intends to open 2 new branches outside Kathmandu valley by the end of this fiscal year.
