Rise in NAV and Net Profit of Citizens Mutual Fund-1 (CMF1) in Ashar; Citizens Mutual Fund-2 (CMF2) Reports Fall in Same Constraints

Citizens Mutual Fund-1 (CMF1), a 7-year closed-end mutual fund scheme has published its monthly report for the month of Ashar, 2078. The mutual fund is the first mutual fund of CBIL Capital. The scheme is managed by CBIL Capital with Citizens Bank International as the fund sponsor.

As per the report, a mutual fund has reported a rise in Net Assets Value (NAV) to Rs 15.31 from Rs 15.2. The scheme which began with a fund size of Rs 82 crore has invested Rs 68.62 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 1.12 crores in non-listed shares.

This scheme has invested Rs 30.87 crore in fixed return assets and has Rs 27.93 crore in the bank balance.

It has reported a net profit of Rs 42.03 crores till Ashar. The fund had reported a net profit of Rs. 41.13 crores in the previous month.

Citizens Mutual Fund-2 (CMF2) is CBIL Capital Limited's second mutual fund scheme and is a 7-year closed-end fund. The recently launched scheme has published its NAV report for the month of Ashar, 2077. The scheme is managed by CBIL Capital with Citizens Bank International as the fund sponsor.

As per the report, the mutual fund has reported a fall in its Net Assets Value (NAV) to Rs 16.18 till Ashar end from Rs 16.26 in the month before that. The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 1 Arba has invested Rs 54.99 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 85.34 lakhs in non-listed shares.

This scheme has invested Rs 14.18 crore in fixed return assets and has Rs 22.24 crore in the bank balance.

It has reported a net profit of Rs 33.85 crore till Ashar's end. It had reported a net profit of Rs 34.25 crore in the previous month.
