Right share counting still persists; Gurans Life Insurance appoints NMB Capital to issue its massive 100% right shares

Gurans Life Insurance has appointed NMB Capital as issue manager to issue its right shares for its shareholders. the agreement regarding the same was signed between CEO of the life insurance Mr. Narayan Kumar Bhattarai and CEO of NMB Capital Mr. Shrijesh Ghimire amid a program on Shrawan 20, 2076.

The life insurance company through its 9^th AGM held on Chaitra 21, 2076 had endorsed to issue 100% right shares to meet the minimum paid up requirement of Rs 2 arba.
