Ridi Hydropower’s 16th AGM on Kartik 10; to endorse 6% bonus shares

Ridi Hydropower Company Limited (RHPC) will be holding its 16^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 10, 2074. The AGM will be held at Staff College, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur at 11:00 AM. The main agenda of the AGM are:

• To endorse 6% bonus shares and 0.3157 % cash dividends (for tax purpose) from the net profit of the FY 2073/74.
• To increase authorized and issued capital to Rs 1 arba.
• To amend Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

The other agendas include financial highlights of 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. The book closure date for the AGM has been set for Ashwin 29 to Kartik 7, 2074 whereas those shareholders owning shares ahead of Ashwin 30, 2074, i.e. till Ashwin 29, 2074 are entitled for proposed bonus shares. After distribution of 6% bonus shares, its paid up capital will reach Rs 50.05 crore from existing Rs 47.22 crore. RHPC has earned a net profit of Rs 2.53 lakh in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2073/74. Its last traded price stood at Rs 157 as on September 20, 2017.
