Ridi Hydropower AGM on Kartik 13; to endorse 35% right share & 10.52% cash dividend

Ridi Hydropower Company Limited (RHPC) will be holding its 14^thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 13, 2072. The AGM will be held at Trade Tower Business Centre- 2^nd floor, Thapathali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agenda of the AGM is to endorse 10:3.5 (35%) right share to its shareholders and to authorize BOD. Also, to approve 10.52 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The other agendas include financial highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor and to amend article of associations. Only those shareholders owing shares till Ashwin 13 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The book closure date for the cash dividend is set on Ashwin 14 to Ashwin 20, 2072. A separate book closure date will be published for the right shares. RHPC has earned a net profit of Rs1.95 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72. Its last traded price stood at Rs 425 as on September 24.
