Reminder: Laxmi Capital Closing NFO of Subha Laxmi Kosh (Mutual Fund) Today

Today is the last day to apply for the New Fund Offering (NFO) of Subha Laxmi Kosh (SLK) open end fund scheme.
Laxmi Capital Limited has been issuing 1.75 crore unit Subha Laxmi Kosh to the general public from 19th Shrawan, 2079. Although the early closing date was on 23rd Shrawan, the deadline was extended till today i.e. Bhadra 02 since the issue was not fully subscribed.
15% of the total 5 crore units i.e. 75 lakh units worth Rs. 7.5 crores have been allocated to the fund promoter Laxmi Bank Limited. Out of the remaining 4.25 crore units, 1.75 crore units is for the general public at face value of Rs. 10 each.
Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 50 lakh units till the end of banking hours today. This fund is managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited and sponsored by Laxmi Bank.
According to CDSC, 64,967 applicants have applied for a total of 2,45,45,220 units. This data is current as of 10 AM this morning.
The "Subha Laxmi Kosh" is an open-ended mutual fund, meaning it won't be traded in NEPSE. The fund has no maturity period, and the fund manager can add to the size of the mutual fund whenever needed.
