Reminder; Last day to secure 6% stock dividend of Kalinchowk Dev. Bank

Today is the last day to get hold of 6% bonus share of Kalinchowk Development Bank Limited (KCDBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Chaitra 18, 2072) is entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Chaitra 20, 2072 till Baisakh 4, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM Kalinchowk Development Bank has paid up capital of Rs 10 crore. After distribution of 6 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will reach to Rs 10.6 crore.
