Reminder: Last Day to Grab Dividend of These Companies

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) has called its 6th AGM on Kartik 22, i.e. November 08. The meeting will be held in New Aanjali Hotel, Dhankuta, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 17.796% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 10 decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 8.34 crores. 16.906% bonus share and 0.8898% cash dividend have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 1.41 crores and the cash dividend is worth slightly over Rs. 7.42 lakhs.

Furthermore, the AGM will also elect 4 board members from the promoters of the company.

Kartik 08 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM. Books will be closed from Kartik 08 to Kartik 22.

Similarly, Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has called its 21st AGM on 16th Kartik, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11: 30 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. 6% bonus shares and 2.67% cash dividend have been proposed. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 11 has decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 13,87,84,74,836.

Kartik 08 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.

Shivam Cements Limited (SHIVM) has also called its 6th AGM on 16th Kartik, 2078. The meeting will be held in Hotel Soaltee, Soaltee Mode, Kathmandu, starting at 10 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend. The meeting of the board of directors has decided to distribute 29% in cash dividends including tax amount. The cash dividend is worth Rs. 1.27 arba. The existing paid-up capital of the company is Rs 4.40 arba.

Other agendas include approval of the financial highlight of FY 2077/78 and appointment of the auditor for FY 2078/79.
