Reminder; Last day to clinch 7% stock dividend of Unique Finance

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 7% percent bonus share pledged by Unique Finance Limited (UFIL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Mangsir 7, 2072) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 8, 2072 till Mangsir 25, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Unique Finance will be convening its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 25, 2072 at 11:00 AM. It had earned net profit of Rs 4.20 crore in its fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
