Reliance Life Insurance (RLI) Calls SGM on Ashad 20; What are the Agendas?

Reliance Life Insurance Limited (RLI) has called its Special Gneral Meeting (SGM) on 20th Ashad, 2079. The meeting will be held in Anmol Banquet, Sankhamul, Kathmandu.

These are the agendas of the SGM:
1) To increase its authorized capital.
2) Regarding making necessary amendments in the managemnet letter and rules including capital increment and other provisions.
3) To discuss about merger/acquisition with any suitable insurance company in order to raise its capital.
4) Misc.

Ashad 10 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained till that day are entitled to attend this SGM.
