Reliance Life Insurance concludes its SGM; endorses to scale up its authorized capital to Rs 5 arba and authorized the board to carry out merger process with suitable institution

Reliance Life Insurance Company has organized its SGM on Asad 20, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Tara Chand Kedia.
The SGM has endorsed the decision to increase the authorized capital of the company from Rs 3 arba to Rs 5 arba and revise its memorandum. Likewise, the SGM has also authorized the board to carry out the merger process with other suitable institution, as per the media statement.
