Reliance Finance to convene AGM on Falgun 16, 2076; Agenda to approve 6.58% cash dividend

Reliance Finance (RLFL) will be convening its tenth AGM on Falgun 16, 2076 at Baneswor Banquet from 11 AM onwards.
The 248th Board Meeting held on Magh 20, 2076 has decided on following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of audited financial reports for 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor for FY 2076/77 and determination of its remuneration.
- Approval of 6.58% cash dividend.
The book closure is on Magh 28, 2076. Therefore, shareholders maintained on Magh 27, 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim dividend.
