Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) has proposed a 10.53% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 20 decided on the matter.
The company has proposed 10% in bonus shares and 0.53% cash dividend for tax purposes. For the fiscal year 2075/76, the company had only distributed a 6.58% cash dividend.
