Reliable Samriddhi Yojana-2 Units Listed on NEPSE, Trading to Begin Shrawan 25

Reliable Samriddhi Yojana-2 has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The units were listed on Shrawan 22, 2083, while secondary-market trading is scheduled to begin on Shrawan 25, 2083.

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited is the fund promoter, while Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited serves as the scheme manager and depository.

The closed-ended mutual fund comprises 12.50 crore units with a face value of Rs. 10 per unit, giving the scheme a total fund size of Rs. 1.25 Arba. The scheme has a tenure of 10 years.

The Securities Board of Nepal had approved the public issue on Baisakh 3, 2083, with the final allotment completed on Ashadh 4, 2083.
