Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company Proposes 12.6315% Dividend For FY 2080/81

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI) has proposed a 12.6315% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The 151st board of directors meeting on Baishakh 23 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.64 Arba. 12% bonus shares worth Rs. 55.68 crore and 0.6315% cash dividend worth Rs 2.93 crore have been proposed. The cash dividend has been proposed for the tax amount on the bonus shares.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
RNLI closed at Rs. 514.01 yesterday.
