Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company Proposes 12% Dividend For FY 2081/82

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI) has proposed a 12% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
At the 165th board of directors meeting held on Poush 04, the company proposed a dividend distribution from the paid-up capital of Rs. 5.19 Arba. 12% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 62.36 Crores has been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. RNLI closed at Rs. 492.00.
