Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited will be convening 1st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 28, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Celebration’s Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu at 1:00 PM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To conduct election of Board of Directors (BOD).
- To endorse allowances and facilities of BOD and CEO.
- To amend of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
