Reliable Microfinance to hold its 3rd AGM today; to endorse 13% bonus share

Reliable Microfinance is holding its 3^rd AGM today (Poush 20, 2072). The AGM is going to be held at Gateway Himalayan Resort,Besisahar, Lamjung. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 13% bonus share from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year
• To amend the article of the association and increase the issued capital and paid up capital of the company

Other Agendas of the AGM include Financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor, endorse 0.684 cash dividend (for the tax purpose), to elect 1 BoD member from the public shareholders group. Only those shareholders owning shares till Poush 6, 2072 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close fromPoush 7, 2072 tillPoush 20, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Reliable Microfinance had floated 1, 50,000 unit shares as part of its initial public offering (IPO) from Ashad 22 to Ashad 25, 2072. The allotment of shares of Reliable Microfinance took place through lottery and allottees were eligible for a minimum of 10 unit shares.
