Reliable Microfinance to hold its 3rd AGM on Poush 20, 2072; to endorse 13% bonus share

  Reliable Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited will be holding its 3^rd AGM on Poush 20, 2072. The AGM will be held at Gateway Himalayan Resort,Besisahar, Lamjung. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 13% bonus share from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year
• To amend the article of the association and increase the issued capital and paid up capital of the company

Other Agendas of the AGM include Financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor, endorse 0.684 cash dividend (for the tax purpose), to elect 1 BoD member from the public shareholders group. Only those shareholders owning shares till Poush 6, 2072 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close fromPoush 7, 2072 tillPoush 20, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
