Reliable Microfinance to distribute 13% bonus share certificates from today

Reliable Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMFL) is distributing 13% bonus share Certificate to its shareholders from today ( Chaitra 10, 2072). Reliable Microfinance 3^rd AGM held on Poush 20, 2072 had endorsed 13 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM on Friday at Civil Capital Markets Limited, Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. RMFL has earned Rs. 99.47 lakh in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. Notes:

1. Shareholders have to bring original or Photocopy of share certificate along with citizenship certificate.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the bonus share themselves.
3. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
